I am not one for sharing my political views and everybody has their own opinions, but I can’t help it! I I am so disheartened that the British public voted out, albeit by a very small margin and can’t help thinking that their reasoning is because of immigrants and the British benefit system, which is a government law and not a EU law.

If the British government operated the same system as Spain, you put nothing in you take nothing out, I am sure the outcome would have been very different – but unfortunately there is now a divided Britain and everybody will need to get over it and move on.

What can I say about the football? I have seen the most incredible scenes at Linekers and Portside for the England games, it has been the most amazing atmosphere with so many people enjoying it. I don’t even know where they were coming from it has been so busy! I love the optimism of so many people who say “England will go all the way”. Time will tell and I am no football expert, but I personally think they should be playing better and it's time to bring in a younger manager. Jose Mourinho would be my choice and not just because he is easy on the eye!

I have just finished filming a new TV series called “Playa in Marbella” which will start showing on h July 20 on ITVBE for six weeks. It was great fun to do although very tiring as it is much more of a docu soap. I am sure some will hate it and some will love it but that’s showbiz!!

I went to the most fabulous wedding at La Cabane in Los Monteros. I have been there a few times but not for a wedding. It was so beautiful with an evening ceremony. The bride looked gorgeous, the food and service was amazing, and I had blisters on my feet by the time I finished dancing and went home.

Our Thursday nights in TIBU – “Never have I Ever” are going from strength to strength and myself Emma and Lauren are feeling very proud. One of the Thursdays we had a Full Moon Party on the terrace which was great fun and everybody got into the “vibe” so we will be hosting one every month. But my favourite so far has to be the Artful Dodger; it was an absolutely amazing night, TIBU was packed solid and they performed so well I didn’t want it to end. It is great that the older acts are still “doing it” and pulling a great crowd.

Before they started we had dinner in TIBU restaurant – there is a new chef there, and the food was so delicious. I you haven’t been it is worth a trip to sample the new menu, I highly recommend the sole - it’s to die for.

I have had yet more friends over but this time it was a lot more chilled and less exhausting than having 26 over at the same time! We had a really lovely day at Mistral beach - it was so relaxing, the food the music and service never fails to disappoint and we were still there at 9pm. It's still one of my favourites.

Finally, for the first time in a long time I had a night out in the old town Marbella, I forget how lovely it is and so Spanish it actually feels like you’re on holiday. I went to a great restaurant called Casanis which is very beautiful and I have made a pact with myself to go more often!
